NRL Preliminary Finals Panthers vs Knights

This event is designed for active participants with an intellectual or developmental disability.

Johnny H is a registered NDIS provider. We can accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self, Plan or Agency Managed.

The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.

The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnny’s Place.

The Non Face to Face cost covers work that happens outside the direct support session, but is still required to safely plan, prepare, deliver, review and report on a participant’s support.

Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.

We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide. Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.

Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.

Johnny H Shuttles will be available for this event. Simply choose your preferred transport option when booking.

Travelling to and from an event by shuttle gives participants the opportunity to build independence, practise travel routines and take part in the event without relying solely on family or informal supports. It can also make planning easier for families by reducing the need to organise separate transport, drop off and pick up around the event schedule.

Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost.
